May Nonmember Companies Use Fair Forms?

Only a member company may use or claim to use a Fair Forms approved contract or mark. If you suspect that Fair Forms is being used in an unauthorized way, please contact us.

We make all Fair Forms approved contracts available to the public. We invite unauthorized companies to adopt our forms for their own use. We would prefer that companies use contracts with non-abusive terms, even if we don’t get paid for it. However, no company may use the Fair Forms mark or suggest that they are approved by Fair Forms unless they are a member company. You should be skeptical of any organization that claims to use a contract similar to a Fair Forms contract but is not a member company. The cost of using a Fair Forms contract is intentionally minimal so that there is no excuse for not using an approved contract and giving you the peace of mind knowing that the contract has not been altered.
