Our primary goal is to protect consumers from Abusive Contract Terms. Consumers that use Fair Forms are still responsible for fulfilling the terms of those contracts. Using Fair Forms is not a substitute for reading and understanding your obligations under the contract. Therefore, it is also a goal of Fair Forms to ensure that contracts are simple, clear and understandable to the extent possible while still protecting consumers.
