Regular and Preferred Members

Fair Forms is paid by each member company per transaction using Fair Forms. The underlying concept is that these companies are willing to pay a small amount for each customer that is attracted to their business because they offer Fair Forms approved contracts. Under this plan, the member company is not required to offer Fair Forms contracts to all consumers, and is not required to pay the small fee for each customer. Instead, these member companies are required only to use Fair Forms contracts for consumers who request to use Fair Forms contracts. Preferred member companies have demonstrated a commitment to use Fair Forms for all their customers. In return for this commitment, member companies with preferred status received significantly reduced transaction costs.
